This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes and applies to the information we collect from you when you use KeyLock myGolf Journal (“Software”). The terms “we,” “our,” and “us” in this Privacy Policy refer to John Stone dba KeyLock Software (“KeyLock Software”). 1. DATA OWNERSHIP AND WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT KeyLock Software does not own, collect, or store any data entered or imported by the user using the Software on any private servers. KeyLock Software does not collect personally identifiable information, ip addresses or cookies. All data entered into the Software by the user is and shall remain the exclusive property of the user.

DATA ACCESS & DISCLOSURE Because your data is stored within your own managed environment and licenses are managed by the applicable App Store (Apple App Store and Google Play Store), KeyLock Software has no technical means to collect, access, sell, rent, or trade your data, including without limitation, personally identifiable information or golf history.

4. DATA RETENTION & DELETION You are the sole manager of your data. Deleting the Software from your device may delete local data; however, files saved to your personal cloud storage shall be managed and deleted by you manually. It is solely your responsibility to maintain appropriate and accessible backup of all your information and data.

5. E-Mail Communications Forms of communication such as e-mail, text messaging or other forms of electronic communication are inherently insecure. Please refrain from submitting sensitive personal information (such as credit card account number) via e-mail or similar method of communication. When you send an e-mail to us, you are communicating with us electronically and consent to receive reply communications from us or our providers electronically. We may retain the content of the e-mail, your e-mail address, and our response in order to better service your needs or for legal and regulatory reasons.

6. Personal Information on Children We respect the privacy of your children and encourage all parents to supervise their children’s computer usage. We do not knowingly collect or retain personal information from children under the age of eighteen. We advise all users of the Software under the age of 13 not to disclose or provide any personally identifiable information on our Software.
